It has been investigated how well potassium ferrate (K2FeO4) treats hospital wastewater effluents. In the treatment of water and wastewater, serves as an oxidant, disinfectant, coagulant with several functions. The effects combining oxidation coagulation processes on features have not extensively studied. objective this study is to evaluate methods. An optimization technique based response surface mythology (RSM) Box-Behnken design was utilized identify ideal conditions for increased removal efficiency chemical oxygen demand COD.. Potassium a significant impact, according experiments. With COD 790 ppm starting point, time (30-90 minutes), concentration (20-100 ppm), pH (3-9), process stirring speed (100-400 rpm) were examined. To find best efficiency, it also used strategy via Surface Response Method (RSM). According findings, time, mixing speed, are factors that highest impact effectiveness removal..
